180-Day Money-Back Guarantee
BlueDriver stands behind the quality of its products and offers a 180-day money-back guarantee on products purchased directly from BlueDriver through its official sales channels.
For purposes of this policy, the guarantee applies only to orders where BlueDriver or one of its affiliated entities is the seller of record. A valid order number or proof of purchase from an official BlueDriver sales channel is required to initiate a return.
If your product was purchased from a retailer, marketplace, reseller, or other third party where BlueDriver is not the seller of record, the return and refund policy of that seller will apply. BlueDriver does not issue refunds for purchases made through unaffiliated sellers.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund under the 180-day money-back guarantee, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

A return request must be submitted to BlueDriver Customer Support within 180 days of confirmed delivery.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by BlueDriver prior to returning the product.

The product must be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided.

The product must be physically received at BlueDriver’s designated return facility.

The return must be shipped within the timeframe specified in the RMA instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or may not be eligible for processing.
BlueDriver reserves the right to verify proof of purchase and confirm seller-of-record status prior to approving a return.
Condition of Returned Product
Returned products must be received in reasonable condition. BlueDriver reserves the right to deny a refund if the product is not returned, is materially damaged due to misuse, or is otherwise inconsistent with normal use.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by BlueDriver.
If the return is approved:

A refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the financial institution.
If the product is not returned, if the return process is not completed in accordance with this policy, or if return eligibility requirements are not met, a refund will not be issued.
Return Shipping
Where applicable, BlueDriver may provide a prepaid return shipping label. Return instructions will be provided at the time the RMA is issued. BlueDriver reserves the right to determine the appropriate return shipping method.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact BlueDriver Customer Support to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
The 180-day money-back guarantee applies only when the published return process is completed. Initiating a chargeback prior to completing the return process, or without returning the product, may void eligibility for a refund under this guarantee.
Nothing in this section limits BlueDriver’s rights to contest invalid or fraudulent payment disputes.
