What are ENHANCED diagnostics?

All vehicles with an OBD2 port are required to output basic information when the Check Engine Light comes on. However, a lot of important information (such as ABS, Airbag, Climate Control, etc.) is left behind by the other scan tools. Step One: Get Ready

· Unpair any previously connected BlueDriver devices.

· Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.

· Download the BlueDriver App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

· Launch the app.

· Create an account or log in with your existing credentials.

Step 2: Allow Permissions

When prompted, allow the following app permissions:

· Bluetooth Access – required for connecting to your sensor.

· Location Services (Android only) – needed for stable Bluetooth pairing.

(Optional for Android) You may also connect manually through your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

Step 3: Connect Your BlueDriver

· Turn your vehicle’s ignition to “Key On, Engine Off” (dash lights on, engine not running).

· Plug your BlueDriver sensor into the OBDII port.

· In the app, accept the Bluetooth + Location connection prompts.

· Wait for the connection to establish:

· Once connected, confirm the prompt in the app — you’re ready to start scanning!
